This panel is made up of five practices who are all very experienced within the new homes conveyance procedure, some are very local to Nuneaton, others are in Coventry, Hinckley and further afield, but all bringing advise, knowledge and experience, at realistic prices to you.
Cartwright Homes will gift £500 off the purchase price of your new home for using one of the solicitors from the panel.

Secondly, we have enlisted the aid of an independent financial advisor, who will be available to complete a decision in principle with you, the purchaser, seven days a week, giving you piece of mind that a purchase is affordable.

Thirdly, the information available about each new home is thorough and informative, and available within our website, e-mail or hard copy, just ask the sales team if extra help is required, however, there may be occasions when an exciting new home style is only presentable when built, but we will keep you informed of every stage.
