Cartwright Appoints Marketing Consultant

Established property firm Cartwright Homes has made a key appointment to its Nuneaton-based team. Sarah Humphries has joined the company as sales and marketing manager to help drive forward its ambitious growth plan.

In bringing Sarah on board, Cartwright has put marketing front and centre, making it a top priority for 2011. Among her first tasks, Sarah has undertaken a complete review of activity as she works with the senior team to introduce a fresh approach to marketing strategy.

A new visual identity and website are also in development for the well known brand.

Sarah Humphries is an experienced property sales and marketing expert, having worked for more than ten years in the new homes industry. She has worked not only for some of the leading agents in Birmingham but directly for developers. In her previous role as a sales director, Sarah was responsible for staffing many new homes developments with her team of over twenty sales negotiators all over the West Midlands and at the peak of the market was selling over £1million worth of property each week. Having previously managed Cartwright Homes properties as an agent, Sarah is already familiar with the quality craftsmanship that is customary of the brand.

Speaking about the appointment, Cartwright Homes managing director Andrew Cartwright said, "As the property market emerges from the downturn, we have several exciting new developments in the pipeline.
