Last Few Plots Remaining at Grove Park Nuneaton

Following the release of six apartments at its Grove Park development in Nuneaton last month, established local housebuilder Cartwright Homes can announce that four have already been reserved. This has prompted the company to commence the final phase of the site, with the release of three individual houses within the secure gated area of the development.

These new plots include one three-bedroom property – which has already sold - and two four-bedroom homes at the aspirational Weddington Road location. Along with the last two apartments remaining, these plots offer a breadth of choice for all kinds of househunters in the Nuneaton area, from first time buyers and families looking to trade up or downsizing couples looking for security and peace of mind.

The four-bedroom properties are both detached and afford spacious family accommodation. The attractive Brambling is priced at £260,000 and includes en-suite facilities, through lounge diner, separate kitchen and a single garage. The impressive Kestrel housetype is larger, featuring a main bedroom suite incorporating a walk-in wardrobe and en-suite bathroom. It has a double garage and is on sale at £310,000. Both will be accessible via double secure vehicle gates, and a pedestrian gate both situated along the main development road “Lionel Close”. Completion dates for both plots are scheduled for Autumn / Winter. The last two apartments occupy the former Fox and Crane public house at the heart of the development. This historic building is being transformed into individually designed boutique apartments with dramatically enhanced exterior facades. Internal specifications feature designer kitchens and these final plots are priced at £155,950 on the ground floor ad £157,950 on the first floor. Cartwright Homes managing director Andrew Cartwright is delighted at the popularity of Grove Park. He said, "The response to the launch of the boutique apartments has been incredible in what experts describe as a 'slow market'. There is eager anticipation around the finished specification and features of the apartments. We can assure buyers that they will be completed with our customary attention to detail and signature flair for quality homes that people can afford and want to live in. We urge potential buyers to contact us before these last few plots are snapped up."
