Cartwright Unveils Aspirational New Homes in Nuneaton

Househunters in Nuneaton are truly spoiled with plots available at not one, but two attractive developments from established local housebuilder Cartwright Homes. With a range of properties including two bedroom apartments and two, three and four-bedroom homes, the wise investor or savvy first time buyer will find something to suit them at Grove Park and Old School Court.

Located on the aspirational Weddington Road, Grove Park is a successful site featuring a range of housetypes where just five plots remain, including one two-bedroom detached home at £152,500, one three-bedroom detached at £205,000, and three four-bedroom detached houses, in two different styles starting at £260,000. Additionally, the former First World War hospital building at the heart of the development will soon be transformed into just six, individually designed boutique apartments. The exterior facade will be dramatically enhanced with grandiose entrances to each ground floor apartment and the internal specification will feature designer kitchens and high ceilings to the four apartments within the existing building. Prices for the apartments will range between £155,000 and £179,950.

In mid-March, work will start at Old School Court on Church Road in Nuneaton. Taking its name from the school that once stood on the site, this intimate development of just seven houses has already attracted significant interest and is predicted to sell quickly to buyers looking for quality investments or first homes. The mix of two and three bedroom properties in this courtyard development will feature designer kitchens and benefit from allocated parking. Potential buyers are encouraged to reserve their plot off-plan now to avoid disappointment. Prices at Old School Court range between £124,950 and £149,500.

The launch of these plots signals the resurgence in interest for new build property for Cartwright Homes managing director Andrew Cartwright who said, "As a trusted local developer, we know there is anticipation for new plots from Cartwright but were surprised by the high levels of enquiries about the additional homes planned for Nuneaton. A commitment to delivering high quality properties on intimate sites that offer genuine value to our customers has been our long term strategy. We feel that having weathered the recent downturn, we know this strategy is working."
