In that time, we have built hundreds of high-quality family homes and apartments in Nuneaton and the surrounding area. Our values today are the same as they’ve always been – to build individual homes of the highest quality, which represent value for money.

What we are looking for
Our land team are always on the lookout for desirable new sites that fit the Cartwright brand and philosophy, while meeting local demand. Every location is carefully considered, assessed on its merits rather than size alone.
We are committed to finding unique locations on Greenfield and brownfield sites – ranging from small-scale bespoke collections of four to five homes, to developments of up to 50 homes – as we seek to build vibrant, flourishing communities that are in-keeping with their surroundings and complement their neighbourhood.
Historically, we have been committed to sourcing and unlocking the potential of land in Nuneaton and its neighbouring areas, but now we’re looking to build on our reputation and widen our scope, bringing the art of Cartwright to the wider Midlands.
When considering new sites, we target land which generates a gross domestic value (GDV) of £2 million plus, covering schemes of up to 50 homes, all within a 50-mile radius of Nuneaton. Most of our sites tend to come with land subject to planning permission deals, but we are also open to land with outline and detailed planning permission, as well as strategic land opportunities.
