As first-time buyers, we found the entire process - from reserving the plot of our choice, through to the building process and selecting extra finishing touches - absolutely flawless. Cartwright Homes made the process easy and provided us with guidance throughout the entire purchase. Nothing was too much, and they went out of their way to ensure the upgrades to our bathroom and kitchen were sourced at a reasonable price and matched our needs. We simply gave Cartwright Homes our wish list and they sorted it all for us, all of which were delivered and fitted perfectly. Everything was sparkly new and working beautifully from the beginning. Above all, we received so much support from all the team. Gary the Site Manager showed us round our home and explained how things worked - it was obvious how well the house had been designed and constructed. The high-quality finish and overall professional service has helped turn a house into a home. We love living at Hanslei Fields and since moving in, the support we have received from the aftercare team has been amazing. I just wanted to drop a note to say how thankful we are to the Manor View Gardens team and how great our experience was with them. It’s been a very long journey and the Executive has held our hands every step of the way. Through the good and the bad they have been there at all times of the day and night! so incredibly helpful and in every single exchange has been warm, happy, friendly and lovely in general! We’ve met the site team a few times and have had a few exchanges with them also. In each and every meet / exchange, they have provided so much detailed information and talked us through it in a way that we can practically take on board and really appreciate and understand what we need to know. I find that to be quite a rare level of service! Buying a house is such an overwhelming experience and it’s so beneficial from a practical standpoint, and also very calming, to have everything talked through the way that the site team have done. In addition to this, we’ve really enjoyed spending time with them as they’re both very welcoming, friendly and funny! In terms of the house itself, it’s just beautiful. We’re really happy with the build and the quality of the materials. There’s a few bits to be worked on still before it’s completely finished however the site team have already provided an update on when those works / changes will be carried out - a super speedy response! We’re so incredibly happy with our new (first home) and can’t thank the whole team enough.

Today marks the second anniversary of Ian and I taking ownership of Magnolia House. We would both like to take this opportunity to thank you all for your help over the past two years. We haven’t had to ask for your help very often ( a testament to build quality) but when we have you have always made sure any remedial work was carried out to a high standard and in a timely manner.
