  2. To enable us to establish the true value of your home, we will appoint 2 local agents to value your current property.
  3. Providing your existing home meets the requirements detailed in our Terms and Conditions for the Assisted Move scheme, we will negotiate good terms of business and favourable commission fees with these agents on your behalf.
  4. We will work with the agents to ensure that a sale is achieved within the set timeframe to secure your chosen Cartwright home.

Deposit Unlock

Buy your dream home with just a 5% deposit* with the Deposit Unlock scheme. Whether you’re a first-time buyer or a current homeowner, this program could make purchasing your new Cartwright home much more affordable.

Here’s how it works:

  1. Choose the new Cartwright Home you would like to purchase (up to a value of £833,250)
  2. Contact us and we’ll put you in touch with a Mortgage Adviser who will help you arrange your mortgage using Deposit Unlock.
  3. The selected mortgage lender will lend 95% of the mortgage, meaning you’ll only have to pay a 5% deposit* to secure your dream home.
